- Photos and images you choose to upload
- Payment information (processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details)

We use your information solely to:
- Complete and deliver your web design order
- Communicate with you about your project
- Process your payment via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation and delivery)
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
- Supabase — secure cloud storage for form data and uploaded files.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — website hosting.
5. Data retention
We retain your submission data for as long as necessary to complete your project and fulfil any reasonable follow-up requests. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. All data is stored with encryption at rest, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

Our website may use session cookies for functional purposes (such as maintaining your booking form state). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
